These terms cover your use of this website. They are not terms of sale for food — orders are placed in person at the shop.

This website is operated by Amore Sushi Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17130245, incorporated on 1 April 2026. Our registered office is 53 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1DT. You can reach us at amoresushiltd@gmail.com.
2. Using this website
You are welcome to read, print and share this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:
- copy or republish its text, images or design as your own;
- interfere with the site, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use, or place an unreasonable load on it;
- use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive or misleading.
We keep the site available on a best-efforts basis. It may be unavailable at times — for maintenance or for reasons outside our control — and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Information only — no online sales
This website is a source of information about our business. It does not sell food, take orders, take payment, or form a contract with you. Anything shown — including opening hours, descriptions and any prices — is an indication only, may change, and is not an offer.
Orders are placed in person at the shop. If you email us, a reply is not an acceptance of an order.
4. Allergens and food information
Food is prepared in a working kitchen where the 14 regulated allergens — cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin and molluscs — may be present. Complete separation cannot be guaranteed.
Accurate allergen information for any dish is available on request. Please speak to a member of staff before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance. Nothing on this website should be relied on as allergen information for a particular dish.

The Amore Sushi name and logo, and the content, layout and design of this website, are © Amore Sushi Limited 2026. All rights reserved. Beyond the personal use described above, please do not reproduce them without our written permission.
6. Links and embedded content
This site links to, and embeds, services we do not control — including OpenStreetMap (the map on our home page) and Google Maps (for directions). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Accuracy and liability
The website is provided as it is. We take care to keep the information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here — with the date shown at the top — is the one that applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute connected with them.
