Amore Sushi Limited was incorporated on 1 April 2026 in England and Wales. We trade as a sushi takeaway in central Bournemouth, and we deliberately treat the shop as the first proof of something bigger rather than the whole story.

A takeaway is a simple business and an unforgiving one: the food has to be right at 7pm on a Friday, the wait has to be honest, and the person behind the counter has to mean it. Get those three things repeatable and growth is a decision, not a gamble.

The counter on Old Christchurch Road is where we start. It is not our identity.

One takeaway is the start, not the plan.

We intend to own and operate more takeaways. Not for the sake of another door with a sign on it, but because the operating idea — good sushi, quick, at a fair price, run with care — belongs in more than one place.
